Corporate Wellbeing
Our Approach
We begin by understanding your specific well-being needs, by listening to you. With a deep understanding of your company culture and how your employees perceive their well-being within the work environment, we propose simple, tailored pilot initiatives. These initiatives are designed to evolve over time, as our partnership grows. They're guided by the visible, positive impact of small, meaningful adjustments. In a way that is practical, accessible, and truly beneficial for both your business and your people.
Team Building
The key elements of each team building experience will be shaped around what your business and workforce aim to achieve by taking part. It can take the form of a single, full-day event, a themed journey across multiple days, or even a continuous, quarterly initiative, broken down into smaller, budget- friendly actions that maintain impact without exceeding your resources.
We begin by understanding your team’s specific wellbeing needs through surveys and focus groups.
Engaging Experiences
At Denerys, we design tailored engagement experiences grounded in the five key pillars of wellbeing: physical, emotional, social, financial, and professional.
Each, initiative is thoughtfully crafted based on the real needs of your teams, identified through open dialogue and ongoing feedback.
If we find that social wellbeing is a priority, we develop initiatives that foster genuine connection, helping employees get to know their colleagues across teams and departments, strengthening collaboration and a sense of belonging.
When financial wellbeing is highlighted, we offer interactive, educational workshops on topics employees care about most such as retirement planning, saving for children’s education, or making the most of their company benefits.
For emotional wellbeing, we propose programs that support mental health and resilience, from peer support circles to guided meditation and focus sessions, creating space to recharge and reconnect inwardly. In the area of physical wellbeing, we take a practical and inclusive approach.
Initiatives can include 15-minute in house stretching sessions, partnerships with gyms or wellness clubs, and educational workshops on how to take small, achievable steps toward being more active and less sedentary.
We also offer health screening checks to help identify risks of chronic conditions early, framing them not as setbacks, but as challenges to overcome with the right support and guidance.
