Kathleen brings over 17 years of international experience across Switzerland, France, and the Middle East, dedicated to connecting people, potential, and purpose.
As Founder and CEO of Denerys in Dubai, she partners with companies from start-ups to global firms to attract, assess, and retain the right talent. Her approach is deeply human and strategic, ensuring every placement becomes a lasting partnership.
Before founding Denerys, she honed her expertise in Executive Search and Talent Acquisition with prestigious Swiss companies, where high expectations and excellence shaped her sharp eye for quality, precision, and cultural alignment.
An entrepreneur and education advocate, Kathleen also launched and led bilingual schools for over 5 years, designing programs focused on personal development and life skills while leading diverse international teams.
Alongside recruitment, she delivers tailored Training programs for universities and international companies, helping hiring managers and HR teams in their strategic hiring and HR practices.
She is also a Coach supporting professionals and recent graduates in building confidence and impact during interviews.
