Kathleen brings her international experience across Switzerland, France and the Gulf. She has built her career around people, leadership and organizational performance. Her career began in Switzerland, working with international organizations where precision, discretion and high standards were fundamental.
After moving to the Middle East, she founded Denerys with a clear ambition: to create a more personal, human and impact-driven approach to the way organizations find talent, develop leadership and strengthen teams.
Today, Kathleen works directly with executives, founders and leadership teams across the UAE and international markets.
